Hello, and welcome! I’m REALTOR®/broker John Zeiter, and I work with Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. As a native of Marin County, I’ve seen today’s rapidly changing market. I know my clients need a full-time professional with the experience and knowledge to guide them. And I’ve helped hundreds of clients make one of their most significant purchases or assisted them with a transition in their life by selling their home.

I entered this profession to build relationships with my clients and to help them with realizing their real estate dreams.  I became a broker in 2001 and earned status as Top Producer by specializing in proven exceptional client satisfaction and professionalism. As a multi-award winning real estate consultant, I have experience in marketing property for sale and finding the right property for my buyers. I take care of my clients and help them make the right decisions for their needs through my professional expertise and honest, intelligent services. For my buyers, we’ll discuss the nuances of Marin County’s real estate and discuss financing, location, criteria, and purpose.

I’ll help them gather the paperwork they need for the loan preapproval process and introduce them to a lender. I’ll work with them to help them find the home of their dreams, take them on tour of prospective houses, and make an offer on the one they want most. Then I’ll follow through with the contract, inspections, appraisals, walkthrough, and closing.

For my sellers, we’ll overview the market,  and prepare the house for sale. I can help them determine closing costs, develop a marketing strategy, market your property, negotiate on your behalf, accept the offer, and finalize and close the transaction.
